Flash Designer for 3-quick jobs

Hi,

In our previous project "Php Modification', we could not realize that the selected provider is not a designer.

We were then looking (also) for email/newsletter HTML templates & Flash besides programming. Which were disappointingly not his areas.

Therefore here are only three simple tasks FOR DESIGNING :

1) 2 x flash (Modern updates - see 1 x example at [url removed, login to view],,1354_402,[url removed, login to view]) Another flash will by a smaller flash for Promotion to mock up on index page see example at [url removed, login to view] in second column under 'SELL IT FAST header'.

Both these flashes should be 'adjusted in our website index page'.(I would take .fla & .swf files upon completion)

2) 2 x email HTML templates (2-columns, with header & footer), which are automated server response mails from registration acceptance forms. These should have editable text area for future needs & CAN BE LITTLE SPICY WITH TINY FLASH.

3) 2 x customized newsletter HTML templates (2-columns & 3-columns ,one each). These template should be spicy with pics. and flash and yet easily editable by the webmaster for links and texts.

( For email & newsletter ,We will send examples of our liked design, to the interested providers)

We have php Mysql based site on Linux server. Since we are not professionals to mock-up this stuff on our own, therefore it will be your responsibility to do it in our php files.

Since, we are paying price for wrong provider in the previous project therefore we will appreciate all of you designers to bid sensibly for continuos jobs in future.

We are open to modern designs - Please show us your previous works ! AND

"NO COPIED STUFF PLEASE"
