2,000 Facebook likes / fans needed from India

I need someone that is reliable, honest and can deliver on time! If this goes well, more work will follow. We need 2,000 fans in 15 days.
Requirement for Fans:
1. 100% of Fans must be in India.
2. Fans must be 21+
3. All fans must push our Like button
4. All fans must be active and have real status updates that go back maximum of 15 days.
5. All fans must have at least 50 friends or more, profiles must be at least 20 days old.
6. All Accounts MUST be REAL Facebook accounts With at least 50 friends.
7. All accounts must have at lease two photos.
8. Fans can be offered a discount coupon for purchases in our online shop if needed.
9. ABSOLUTELY NO fans with profiles promoting pornographic, dating, gambling, illegal or youth endangering sites of ANY nature.
10. Methods to getting fans must NOT get the fan page banned.
11. No wall to wall spamming.
12. NO FAKES, NO BOTS, NO BLACK HAT! NO SPAM!
13. Must not violate Facebook terms of service.
Payment:
1. You will be paid 2 weeks after you deliver 2,000 fans - just to see that fans and followers are real and not disappearing. PROFILES WILL BE CHECKED!
2. Any fans and followers that are suspended in that time period must be replaced, or will not be paid for.
3. You will not be paid if the Facebook account is banned/deleted.
No login information will be shared for the fanpage or for my personal page.
Selected candidate must be able to supply detailed tracking of fans generated.
In your first communication with me, provide the following:
1. Put - "BBD" - at the top of your cover letter so that I know you've read the instructions. If you don't put "BBD", your application will be automatically rejected
2. Explain exactly how you will go about getting these fans. what methods, etc.
