I need to add a function that recognises a plant species and/or genus in a specific column, the column may have varying length and will need to add a specific tag (<ITA>) to the front and (</ITA>) to the back of the species/genus name but leaves the rest of the cell text as is. I have a reference list of Species and Genus names.

I will include the species/genus refence list and an excel example of the input and output expectations.
