Freelance Email Manager (Design + Production) - 20 hours / month
$15-25 USD / hour
We are seeking a talented and experienced freelance Email Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for designing email campaigns in Canva and utilizing the Klaviyo platform to upload and launch emails for a line of skincare products targeted towards kids (and their parents!).
Responsibilities include:
1. Design: Use Canva to create visually appealing email templates that adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the product's unique attributes. Ensure that the design elements are responsive and optimized for different email clients and devices.
2. Klaviyo Management: Proficiently navigate and utilize the Klaviyo email marketing platform to execute campaign tasks, including uploading content, segmenting audiences, scheduling sends, and monitoring performance metrics. Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance and achieve higher conversion rates. Stay updated with Klaviyo best practices and new features, applying them to enhance campaign effectiveness.
The Ideal Candidate:
-Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or skincare industry.
-Proficiency in utilizing the Klaviyo email marketing platform, including creating templates, managing segments, and analyzing performance metrics.
-Strong design skills and proficiency in design tools/software to create visually appealing email templates. Canva experience preferred.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-A strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
-Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with our in-house team and incorporate their feedback into campaigns.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining open lines of communication with the team.
Note: This is a freelance position with flexible working hours. The campaign calendar will be managed by our in-house team, who will provide ongoing support and feedback throughout the process.
