Help with electronic electricity meter

We have had certain problems with electricity company then we want to know if it will be a solution for make it to "run less" we actually have checked the electricity installation and was normal, we areusing led lights but the electricity it is continuing going up and up

Previous scenario:

When we have an analogic electricity meter someone helped us to turn on / off the meter optimizing the neutral line (monophasic 110 volts)
