Merge PDF (cover & content) into one file

We're looking for someone that can take two PDF files (the front & the interior) of one book, merge them into one file and then upload the converted files with the name of the book.
For example you'll get:
Sol Chaves - 2665_CONTENIDO_MASTER_001
&
Sol Chaves - 2665_TAPA_MASTER_EBOOK
Merge both files and then name the output PDF as [login to view URL]
The books can have different files name, so for example instead of that you can also get:
Sol Chaves - Marketing del Diseño [login to view URL]
&
Sol Chaves - Marketing del Diseño [login to view URL]
or
Sol Chaves - Marketing del Diseño [login to view URL]
&
Sol Chaves - Marketing del Diseño [login to view URL]
or
