Drupal 7 Expert needed for ongoing project

Hi,

I am working on a Drupal 7 project and need someone who has excellent knowledge of Drupal 7, can create modules as required and have at least 2 hours of dedicated time every day.

We are setting up a new site with different views, blocks, layouts and requirements. I have a list of features, and need to know whether there are existing user contributed modules out there that we can use, customize or do we need to create new ones. Then dig into creating what needs to be done, and configuring existing site with proper use of taxonomy, views, panels, etc.

I am open to either a fixed one month project bid (40 hours total) or Per hour, for ongoing.

You need to have skype and be available to talk when required.
