Database deletion

we have a database that we send mass emails from. We need someone that will take the undeliverable emails, copy the email address and then delete them from our database. It is simply a copy and past with a couple clicks of the mouse. We have about 20,000 records and roughly half are bad. Also, we are adding about 500/day of which roughly 20% are bad. This project will start off at 25 hours per week and scale back to 10 hours a week in a month or so. Minimum length is 3 months. Please only bid if you can commit to this time period. Thanks
