Show Pivot Table Subtotals and Grand Totals - repost

Im trying to create a pivot table to summarize data. However none of the pivot tables show subtotals or grand totals. I tried entering 0 to fill blanks but still the same problem. Maybe it is a problem with data linking (the settlement date is linked to another worksheet) ? Any help will be much appreciated.
