A virtual assistant to help HR and accounting 2-10 hours a week. oThis would be for scheduling, very small research projects, data entry, and electronic filing. We are looking for a virtual assistant
$8-15 USD / hour
• Will they be fluent/ able to understand and type in English?
• Will this employee be able to jump right in and start, or will they need training in Outlook, Excel, and Word?
• Will they be trained in confidentiality, and do you run background checks on employees?
• If HR has a project coming up/ needs help with recruiting? How much advance notice would they need?
• Will they be able to work 8 am to 5 pm Eastern time? There will be tasks they can do independently whenever as well. We cannot send calendar invites to our clients at 3 am.
