Text messages sent to escorts, with some emails

I have started a new escort directory. www.cupidescorts.co.uk.
SEO is taking some time, so I want to see if text messaging to current escorts on other sites, with some emails too will entice escorts to sign up.
I would need a person to collect around 750 -1500 escort numbers from sites online (UK only, with main focus on Birmingham) and then text around 80% and email 20%. Would be helpful if you could design a short message to be sent for marketing purposes. Also would ideally need my site to appear as the name of sender and not a mobile number.
