Create company procedures by transcribing audio and video

We require a team member to assist us in creating our company procedures. We will record our screen and audio and would need you to put these in a word or google doc formats (some images may be required to be captured from the screen process)
These documents will need to have correct English grammar and punctuation etc. Our expectation for stage 1 of our development of these is approximately 15 procedures (with a total of around 60 all up). We also have a secondary business that is looking to utilise the service of a successful candidate.
Each candidate will be required to provide past transcribing examples and document editing examples. Additionally, excellent computer word processing skills are a must and we will may require you to directly upload each procedure to our online portal.
Their will be a potential for ongoing work as we change and develop our procedures and add new ones to our SOP system.
