I will need a designer to draw up ideas, and create a full flash site. The site must be modern, and must impress. I will supply some sample material to make it easier for the designer.
I do PHP programming, so I only need the design. I will also need a quick walkthrough on how to enter and modify information into the design.
It is necessary for the contractor to have a working portfolio with at least 1 full flash site, and must speak english extremely well. I live in Australia, which may be a burdon.
The designer should follow my design, but I also approve of creativity, however it must at least resemble my guidelines (that is, if I would like the theme to be blue, dont go making it purple or red).
