We need a program or script built to turn cell-phone numbers into email addresses. We're looking to send SMS messages via email. For instance, we're looking to change this phone number example into the following...

We need a script that will find out what cell phone provider the phone is listed under and change the phone number into an email like above.

We need to verify hundreds of thousands of phone numbers. We have over 870K numbers in our database.

We've done some research and found a few websites that have this script...
