fix an issue with magento infinite loop

Hi this is a small job I have created an infinite loop in magento and so cannot access it to fix it

should be simple

in megento system - configuration-web-secure

I wanted to see if site ran faster if I removed https so i changed it to http and the result was a infinite loop http -https -http and and so on
