Plug-in for Adobe Acrobat

An initial prototype for an Adobe Acrobat plug-in has been developed, but needs some more work, and added functionality.
A) Automatically scan the text in the pdf, using predefined rules. (Modifications to the code are needed)
B) Access an API for database A. (a local version of this small dB will need to be created)
C) For each text match in the pdf, an API for database B must be accessed.
D) Depending on the results, a few web searches may need to be conducted in the background (rules will be provided, but this will be accessed through a web search API). For each web search, two pieces of data need to be extracted(a name & url). This data needs to be sent back to dB B.
E) dB B API will be utilized to extract information that display it in a pop-up window in Adobe Acrobat.
F) User tracking (impressions and clicks) will need to be collected and send to dB API for tracking.
Please note that databases A & B, their API's , as well as the web search API, are being developed outside of this project.
I'm most interested in someone who has expertise with adobe acrobat plug-ins, and has time to complete the project within the next 2 months.
