I'm seeking skilled expertise for a residential construction project I'm currently planning. My requirements are threefold:
1. Architectural Design: I need an individual with a keen sense for architectural design, who understands the nuances of residential home settings, has an eye for aesthetics, and can work within set budget constraints.
2. Engineering Design: Besides mere aesthetics, underlying engineering principles need to be on point. I require someone with engineering design under their belt who can ensure the project adheres to quality standards and safety regulations.
3. Land Development Plans: In addition to the home itself, the surrounding property must be mindfully developed. A background in land development plan is thus necessary.
Ideal candidates must have prior experience with home construction projects, a holistic understanding of every phase of land development, and the necessary creativity for architectural design. Having worked on similar residential projects would be a significant advantage.
