Project Master Plan Concept and 3D Model
$15-25 AUD / hour
Seeking suitability skilled junior designer or architect to draw a complete master plan layout and 3D model, visual presentation using any suitable toolset such as Giraffe, ArcGIS City Engine, AutoCAD, Sketchup, etc.
Key inclusions:
Large ~200ha site, requiring building modelling for each precinct, business area, around a central road with buildings set correctly in accordance with geography, including
research and education precinct
retail precinct
commercial unit precinct - 50 commercial units with parking
business park - 100 units plus parking
functions centre / display / event centre x 2 - separate buildings adjacent to main complex / admin building
hotel 100-130 rooms
main complex building with ground level garages, admin area on ground floor and level 1, hospitality suite lounges level 2, restaurant, bar, etc level 3, sky deck on top walkways around the main roads
car storage facility - ~100 cars, multi level with viewing area
pedestrian viewing areas on high sections around the main road
caravan park
50 adjacent carport spaces, with solar panels
battery, generator power supply area (sustainability inclusions)
landscaping, park areas between precincts, and though central entry area to the precinct
3D visual presentation needed is for showcasing the main road that sits within the middle of the precinct and main complex areas surrounding it, not for the entire precinct or master plan inclusions.
Briefing and Sketches will be provided for overall concept. Direct engagement will be necessary for review of designs via MS Teams.
Specific information will be provided, including site coordinates and location, topography, road layouts and design, specifications etc
3D / modelling software files developed during project will key deliverable of the project.
