I have 8.6 acres in Colorado Springs, Colorado. I want to build 42 separate buildings on the property. each building footprint I want to be 38'X42' and they will be two stories. The majority of the buildings will be 4-plexes of 2 bed 2 bath units upstairs and 2 bed 2 bath downstairs. There will be about 16 buildings that will be 6-plexes that will be 1 bed 1 bath. I need an architect that is licensed in Colorado to help get these designs on paper and approved for building.
