BigCommerce site: Troubleshoot "review product" email and process

In the email that goes out to customers to "review product" [after they have purchased a product] - the hypertext link for "Review this product" takes customer to the product's web page but with no indication of how to input a review, and no means to input a review. This is an example of the URL included in the email, which simply goes to the product page, with no means to review the product:

The URL appears to be correct to me, but when it resolves, it simply resolves to the product page, with no option to write a review and submit it
