2) Repositioning of kitchen including plumbing, eletrical & new kitchen design including removal of existing pantry .
3) Removal of existing gas fireplace & new design & placement of a new fp
4). Removal of existing windows/Double French dors to back yard. Addition of larger floor to ceiling windows to view & access deck & back yard.
5). Enlargement of doorways to dining room, back hall, etc.
