The following list of modification is required for this project.

We are looking for someone to provide ongoing support for an asterisk server and setup of call center. This project requires the modification and setup of a2billing, Webpage modification and design, Development of ACD to be used by agents, Modification of billing reports for a2billing, Setup of custom outbound IVR for and Inbound IVR for A2billing, Setup 323 and SIP calling and billing,

We currently have a trixbox server setup and running with the lastest version of a2billing. Trixbox doesn't have to used if for this project if a diffent flavor or asterisk is perfered by developer.
