I'm seeking a creative writer to produce inspiring content for my new house rental website.

My website is still under construction but can be viewed. I'm looking to have the site up and running in the next few months so only bid if you are available.

Plus I require a short article with regards to pros and cons of buying and renting a property and a short article about safe guarding yourself against fraudulent users. In a nut shell how to keep safe online and when viewing properties e.g. taking a friend! etc.

I also have around 20 topical articles e.g landlords obligations etc which I need re-wording and applying to the site.

All information must be original and true to source.

All articles will be scanned for authenticity.
