Podcast Highlights 2D Animator Needed

I'm seeking a skilled 2D animator to bring the funny moments from my podcast "AMP" to life on my YouTube channel. I need these clips to be short, engaging, and humorous, ideally ranging from 5 to 9 minutes per episode.
Key responsibilities:
- Listen to my 20-40 minute podcast episodes
- Identify the humorous highlights
- Create appealing 2D animations to encapsulate these moments
- Deliver a final animation within a reasonable timeframe
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent listening skills and a good sense of humor to pick out the funniest moments
- Proficient in 2D animation
- Ability to create unique characters, as I haven't provided any specific character designs
- Previous experience in podcast or audio storytelling animation would be a plus.
The animator will have the creative freedom to transform the audio into an animated experience, making this project perfect for able and imaginative animators.
There is three characters in this podcast and reference phots will be provided for two of the people involved. One person wishes to not show their face and they use a logo the represent themselves online. Similarly to the online persona known as "Dream" , the animator will have freedom within the logo to design the other character with this provided logo.
