A fashion startup needs to create a 3D photo realistic animated figure of a fashion model from existing professional photos. The fashion model will be animated with clothes to walk and turn around as if walking on a fashion runway. The final file should run on a website and enable the viewer to stop, rewind and zoom.

The project is to turn the fashion model in the video into an animated 3d character. First, create her character in 3d including rigging, her dress, shoes (not bag) on white background with her face and hair to be as realistic as possible.
Next, animate her just like the video walking into the frame, turning around and walking out. The file format will be TS or MP4 for a web page. No sound is needed.
