1. Implement a countdown timer. The format is two decimal places. At the end of the work, the timer should call the onFinish callback with the $ endTime parameter, where new Date () will be passed.

3. Try adding 100 timers to the page. Are there any performance issues with timers? If so, what are they connected with and how to solve them?
