1,750 units of a 7 inch tablet PC need to be totally re-programmed with Google Android 1.6. They have been shipped from China with Google Android 1.6 installed but with Apple icons installed so the software needs to be wiped and totally reprogrammed with only Google Android operating system.

MUST BE LOCATED IN THE USA, PREFERABLY ON THE EAST COAST. THE TABLET PC'S ARE IN THE USA.
