Build a FinTech mobile app (iOS/android) in Flutter

Looking for experienced Flutter devs to join our team and help us develop a cutting-edge FInTech mobile app for both iOS and Android. We estimate this project to take around 3 months.
The App team will be small (2 devs + 1 team lead employee that will help with development) so you will be expected to come in and help lead the technical implementation and advise on best practices since we have no in-house Flutter experience.
Time-to-market is key for us so candidates must be able to work interdependently, identify gaps in requirements, ask questions, and plow forward.
Candidates must be willing to work at least 4 hours/day overlapping with US central time zone
The UX/UI (design, flows) for the app are ready in figma, the backend APIs will be developed in-house so we are looking for a couple of folks to come in and get the app development rolling.
