Android Native Mobile Application for Classifieds Website.

I need mobile application for my classifieds website for android devices, the application should achieve the following requirements:
1. Modern design that match the theme of the website [login to view URL]
2. All functionalities of website should be available in the mobile application, like for example posting new add, searching ad's posted by other users, logging in, registration, uploading photos , uploading CV's etc..
3. App should be able to send push notifications , I'm currently using One Signal as service provider.
4. Area for advertising should be available within the App properly design and managed in the back end using the same control panel of the website.
5. Ability to show the premium ads and all paid services with the same features the website is showing(like highlighting, move to top, and mark as premium).
6. Phone number verification for registered users and for new listings, I'm using Ring Captcha & Twilio for this service.
7. Payment integration for paid services using paypal and 2checkout.
8. In the item page visitor should be able to comment, open map, upload CV and apply for a job if the item is a job vacancy.
9. Social media sharing should be integrated with mobile application opening native apps in the mobile device.
10. User should be able to upload images during Ad posting and it should open his phone gallery directly when upload button is clicked.
11. User should be able to use filters available in the search results in more seamless way than currently available in the website.
12. Communication by whatsapp is currently available upon user preferences in the item page, same feature shall be applied in the application.
