PPT To Animated Video

We have a PPT deck that we created that shows the timeline of our company. We want someone who can take the PPT and create a motion graphic video with each item popping up. We want the timing to be not too fast, and not too slow. We want to give the viewers enough time to read the text.
For the final deliverable, we want the video with some music in the background. We want someone who is well versed in Adobe After Effects or something similar.
The final deliverable will be due November 12, 2019.
Please submit any relevant work. Submissions without a portfolio or examples that closely resemble what we are looking for will be rejected. Thank you.
