Design an Advertisement Using Existing Mockup

We have an existing mock up of an idea for an advertisement. It is going to be a static, single image made up of a number of other images. We would like your input as to the images used, and we will purchase any images suggested that end up being used in it. We then need the final product professionally created.
Correction: Two items need to be converted into a professional images from their current concept stage. The concept for the first item was storyboarded using a series of images that were put together in a collage of sorts with a little bit of text (tag line, product name). That needs to have someone help decide the images that best represent the concept (let us know and we'll purchase the images if they need to be purchased) and then convert it into a professional image. The other item is a graphical representation of our services - how they are connected - that needs to be recreated into a professional image. Right now it is in MS Word and was created using text boxes, but someone needs to design it based on the concept.
