【Help】Please provide me some perceptions about cloud accounting software to support my research project

It's not about any operation tasks, it is a bid for a survey, the feedback is used for writing a research thesis. If you have ever use any sort of cloud-based accounting software, and you work as an accountant or know some accounting skills, please see the details as follows.
I will give your 20 dollars if you could provide me some descriptive answers to the following question, it just need 10 minutes to answer. The only requirement for you is to provide true information based on your experience as an accountant:
1. When you use the accounting software, you work for what kind of business?(e.g. sole trader, small e-commerce shop, small flower shop)
1. Based on your experience of using any cloud-based accounting software (Xero, Quickbooks, FreshBooks, Sage, MYOB), do you perceive any insufficiency, limitations or deficiency in function that makes you in trouble?(e.g. the payroll function is not complete)
2. Do you think any advantages the software have specially for small businesses?(e.g. automatic reconciliation, get access to the software anytime anywhere)
3. Do you have any concerns about the cloud-based accounting? (e.g. have you noticed any security problems, risks?)
4. Faced with these problems, what suggestion will you make to the accounting software company to improve their produce and function? (Not in customer service perspective)
5. Assume you work in a small company, have you ever consider outsourcing some of your company’s finance function to cloud-based outsourcing companies? How do you consider the necessity? (e.g. yes, because the company still need some strategic planning role done by more professional organization)
