Bring more members to rise activity of my message board (forum)

This is a pretty simple, straightforward auction.
What I would like is for someone to bring 100 new unique members (they must sign up) to my message board. My message board can be found here:

The easiest target may be to find people that are interested in either game design, video games or flash and direct them to that url.
All the 100 members you bring to my site will need to be separate people and I have ways of finding out whether the people are you bring are real people or not (one example is looking at IP's).
You will first need to register at my message board for me to even consider hiring you. Also, I will have a URL that you can give to people and that will let me know who you brought.
