Hello I am owner of cyber cafe I amd I want to manage my cafe with main is bandwidth management,like i want to manage speed for each cliend and bandwidth for each client. For example

If i have 512 kbps Broadband speed and i have 8 clients and I share my connection with Cisco Router(DHCP active)so that i can use all clients individually so i want to give speed like pc6 and pc7 will be at 150 kbps speed and another will be remaining or if there is no use on pc7 and pc6 all speed will be on remainig pc's and maintain records of who is on which pc and starting time end time like so waiting for your bids.
