Convert a Template to a Website in Optimizely

I have a Shopify site and I need a landing page made in Optimizely. Optimizely has a drag and drop interface as well as the ability to add custom code.
I have attached the mockup. The only thing that really needs made is the Product blocks. They will mostly be the same, with a few changes for each (some have videos, some have multiple pictures, etc). There are around 50 products. The left navigation bar is already in place.
