I need someone to use the most appropriate platform to develop a very responsive .tv website that would function as a webcast TV station to stream live as well as on demand videos. I have provided three links to similar websites for developer to have an idea.
The developer must also help with guidance through needed softwares and infrastructures to ensure that the livestream and on demand videos can be done through the PC, cameras etc.
This might suit someone in the UK who can visit to sort out the infrastructure side except the developer outside the UK is able to provide a remote assistance.
