Adjust Open Cart Theme menu + header

I use opencart 1.5.6.3. with the standard theme.
I would like to make some adjustment to this theme.
In photoshop I made a picture on how my webshop should look like.
Image 1 shows layout complete.
Image 2 & 3 show a menu.
This menu should be customizable.
I want to link these categories manually to different URL's.
They do not need to be the opencart categories.
Image 4 shows the Veiligheids-Sloten BAR. This should always be on top.
Image 5 shows the logo.
This logo should be customizable per categorie.
For some opencart categories I would like to be able to change this logo.
Image 6 shows cart. (standard cart)
