I need to build a site which is very similar to this:

Other than a change to design/layout it will work much the same. It is important that:
- has good optimisation
- showroom/catalogue of cars needsto have automated SEO (picking up car details and creating url, title, description etc)
- has automated sitemap
- need to be able to control the order that the cars appear in 'showroom' section
- is easy for client to update 'showroom (add new cars, photos [up to 20 of each car])
- is easy for client to update 'rest of site (add new pages, photos, change navigation etc)
- When client 'enquires' from a product page the car details appear in the enquiry form.
Please confirm: cost, timescales, software to be used.
