Alterations to existing magento website

We need edits made to an existing magento webstore. We are looking for an experience magento developer who has skills in HTML, CSS and Photoshop. The project will consist of edits in the following areas of the site:
1. Smaller top page banner
2. Left hand side menu width reduced by 30%
3. Extend left hand navigation to top of page
4. Delete border on product images
5. 5 images per row for products
6. Delete underline in product title
7. Centre title text and change font, bold font.
8. In product sub category have best sellers at top of page
9. Add latest products to bottom of sub category page
10. Move related items into product listing.
11. Make alterations to css and colour scheme
12. Remove Compare products when nothing compared
13. Remove community poll and tags from left menu
14. Add best selling items to top of main page.
We are only looking for people who have quality experience designing websites with magento. They must know how to implement the best seller menu on the pages, have good understanding of css for the scheme changes, know the layout of magento themes.
Our budget is $200 for the project. If the site is completed to a satisfactory level there is a good possibility of future work on the website. A portfolio of sites is a big advantage for winning this project. We are looking for skilled and experienced magento developers.
