Adaptaion of Photoshop Design of one Website to another Website

Details about the Redesign Project & its Status:
General Information:
We (Computec Media AG) have 16 online portals. Eight (8) of them will have to be redesigned. The first and most important redesigns will be for [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] and www.buffed.de.
Project Status:
We already started the redesign of the first portal [url removed, login to view]
The project already started in August this year by getting a design agency to help us create the new design for pcgames.de.
This agency has finished its work already. We received the created Photoshop templates for almost all needed modules (with new and old functionality) ONLY for www.pcgames.de. The html/CSS creation and other backend programming will be done in-house.
Job Details:
As we need to create the design of the 8 other portals too (without the design agency) we need a freelancer who is able to adapt the design of the [url removed, login to view]'s modules/teaser etc. to the needed modules/teasers for the other portals [url removed, login to view] and www.buffed.de.
All new modules and teaser boxes will also be used for the other portals. But if you visit the websites [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] and www.buffed.de., you will see that the design is slightly different from each other.
Interview & Task:
As it is really hard to see how the designer to be hired for this job works and especially how creative and design affin he is, we thought about providing you as an interessted freelancer with a small task.
Please check the Word document for the task-details and zip file with other files as the needed photophop template, fonts etc.
Important Information:
As soon as we select 3-5 interessted designer from [url removed, login to view] who are willing to do this "contest", we definitly will pay each of you for the hour(s) you need to provide us with the results. So as soon as we select you, we will discuss the financial details (hourly deposit?) and afterwards you can start with the task.
