Consulting Company project. Snazzy UI and Animation needed.

This is a regular HR consulting site with couple of exceptions.
1. Look and feel should be really snazzy. Since this is static content, i really want you to work hard to make it look appealing to clients and consultants.
2. I need developers with animation experience. Nothing really fancy...but i want some webpages which has basic cartoons or any kind of animation denoting interaction between the company, consultants and the client companies.
3. Need plugins for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn,Google+
Please give me previous works which proves expertise for the above points.
