You will need to - do a tiny bit of editing on each page - see image
Modify a .png image file. (you will save as [url removed, login to view]) for each country. This means you will have to copy and paste flags from [url removed, login to view]
Each country normally has a folder for Country (Landline) and Country (Mobile). The folders have codes (see list in word doc)
You will get a zip of all the folders. You will edit the [url removed, login to view] in each folder, and save a new flag.gif.
