I don't need an entire site done. Just the frontpage. A graphic artist has already done all the graphic work, and some layout has been completed based on her design, however the CSS layout for the page is far from done. My staff will do the PHP work behind it afterwords, but we lack a CSS layout person who can get the design to where it needs to be. You can view the current progress at dev-cwed.insomsoft.com.
