I need an brand able, downloadable, desktop calendar with a vista look and feel that will allow data to upload with an RSS feed. (i.e. Newsletter)

Customizable live links to web resources. Customizable graphics, customizable photo's for each month.

The calendar function would be perpetual and have a to do list, appointments,Alarms, week, day and month look, potentially send e-mail reminders when scheduled, reside in my system tray and on my desktop. Needs to be vista and XP compatible. Mac if possible.
