Create an animation video of approximately 90-120 seconds based on the attached script. As an evaluation I will need Scene 2 Panel 4 and Scene 2 Panel 5 artwork, animation, and rigging done. Please contact me, I am willing to pay a bit if necessary to have this evaluation done. Please include an estimate for the time and cost for the project. I will want to own the assets for the final video once completed. I will provide a voiceover.
