I want to build simple desktop software for twitter can do actions like

- search for accounts like >> [login to view URL]

- create accounts list

- display accounts on google map

- generate analysis report with charts

- download accounts archive

No membership system

Only one admin.

Software have to work on local Windows 7 platform only and it will use local hard drive and local internet.
