Looking for someone who can build a newsletter application. Pulling newsletter attributes, advertising and news items from a central database.

Skills required:

ASP, MySQL, Newsletters, PHP

Have a look at our site www.cadek.co.za click on Digital and view our news portals. We are looking for a newsletter builder that can pull stories, events, advertisers from our main database. Then put it under the banner (site brand) from which we want to send the newsletter. We should also be able to add banners at ease as we build each newsletter. It then have to save a html file so we can import the html file into graphicmail. We partner with graphicmail so we dont want to use any other bulk mail sender.
