multilanguage, somewhat simplified, but functionally similar clone of [url removed, login to view] with the following ADDITIONAL features:
if you feel that you can hack wordpress to do this job that would be great and save a lot of hassle.
skinnable - must have a template system so i can add a design to it, must use css. must come with a basic CSS design.
the inventory review system must automatically get the site's google page rank and number of backlinks from google, yahoo, [url removed, login to view] and its alexa traffic ranking, and display these on the details page.
multilingual - must allow all charsets in all user interfaces.
language translations work through a language pack or module, not hardcoded. languages can be added or removed. there should be a language manager admin to allow the easy addition of langauge translations, and info pages.
must include a basic SEO friendly cms to allow the addition of extra info pages in any language, which can be navigated in a submenu style depending on the chosen language.
the directory of website inventory should be structured similar to dmoz where categories can be related to others in different languages, and a link on a particular site can be bought directly from browsing the category.
the owner admin interface language should be english, but of course be translatable via a language pack.
i will define how much each sites link is worth, so the admin interface should let me choose how much each link is worth.
payment module for purchased links should be paypal IDN and 2checkout with the possibility of additional modules for other processors like [url removed, login to view] etc. the payment module should be flexible and easy to add procesors to.
At the end of the month when payment is due each advertiser should get an email with details of how much they earnt that month. they should also be able to access all account info in their account screen.
advertisers should be able to choose the length of time they want to advertise a link for in days, and if they cancel then the payment for that link should be made pro rata using a daily cost which is link worth/that months number of days * number of days link was active that month.
when an advertiser signsup for a link on a site they should pay immediately for the links they have chosen, but if a link they entered is rejected, eg because its not TOS, then they will get an account credit, not a cash refund.
I DONT NEED the rss feedvertising or affiliate options to start with, but if you do a good job then i will hire you to make these later so please don't make it hard to add on modules (like payment).
I DONT NEED all the flash etc, or tools like text link ad calculator or blog juice calculator.
if you win the bid then i would like to see regular works in progress and for you to accept feedback in the developement so i get what i want. i know how hard communicating is via email so i need to be able to review and ask for changes to happen either before or after something is completed, but i promise i wont be a pain in the a55 about it!!!!
