I need a qualified person to add core functionality of a [url removed, login to view] (groups, event scheduling, rsvp etc) to the product that is already written in php ([url removed, login to view]). This site has to be modified to the point where it would have a touch and feel of [url removed, login to view] (call it a clone if you wish). Bid accordingly as I do not need someone developing from scratch, our site has already got all functionalities of a web2.0 community site and simply needs to go in a different direction. Feel free to login and take a look around. It is highly customizable from the admin panel.
Based on past experiences, I would like to add:
1) Time for completion should be your best estimate (if you can't deliver within your own time frame, do not say so). I can understand if you'd run a little late, but 2-3 times longer would not be acceptable
2) This project's budget would not exceed $500, so please do not bid over that amount.
3) No upfront payments whatsoever, I will use escrow only to transfer the funds once the project is complete (you can use your own hosting to develop and transfer only after I release the payment)
4) All new components should be fully integrated with the existing site and work in sync with each other
