I am looking for a project that might be hard but the concept involves data compression. In case if you have sufficient knowledge in data compression, you may bid this project but as for the budget, allocation in between $300 - $ 500 depending on the level of compression that you are able to do.

- Initial concept, need simple webbase to upload / download (with db) compressed files.

- desktop app / webbased platform to do the compression on localhost / offline.

- need to have a module for payment / membership module if possible..

Data compression should be opened to all platform ... audio / file / movie / document and need the max data compression for all these platform
